Thank you for choosing CleanDesktop Member Service! This Agreement is a valid contract between you and KANGAROO OFFICE LIMITED regarding your use of the CleanDesktop Member Service and is legally binding. It is essential that you understand the services we provide and what we expect of you before using the Services. We will endeavor to present the contents of this Agreement to you as fully as possible in plain language and we hope that you will take the time to familiarize yourself with the following terms of this Agreement.
We kindly remind you that the provisions of this Agreement that are (potentially) material to your rights and interests are important for you to review. You should use the Member Services only after confirming that you have fully read and clearly understood this Agreement.

I CleanDesktop Member Services provided by us
1. The services and products that we or our affiliates / or third-party partners with whom we have a cooperative relationship have introduced CleanDesktop online service account login to use are part of the Service.
2. Mainly including: CleanDesktop, as of now has launched the desktop icon real-time organization, custom organizing rules, double-click selective hidden partition, partition put away as a small icon and other members of the function, the specific service to our actual provision of the shall prevail.
3. CleanDesktop users can become members by logging in and completing the payment of membership fees. The validity period of the membership starts from the time when the membership service is opened, and the specific validity time can be viewed in the personal membership center page. After the expiration of the membership period, CleanDesktop will stop providing value-added membership services. If the member renews the membership within the validity period, the validity period will be extended on the basis of the original service validity period.
4. You can use the Service through a variety of devices, but you understand and agree that the specific content of the Service available to users of different devices may vary due to different device compatibility, different display effects, business strategy arrangements or adjustments, etc. The specific content of the Service shall be subject to what we actually provide.
5. The services we provide are paid services, and you have to pay the corresponding service fees before using the services.
6. Other fee models that may be added in the future.
7. We are constantly developing new technologies and features to improve the Service, and in order to achieve continuous improvement, we may add or remove certain features, increase or decrease the limitations of the Service, start offering new services, or stop offering old services. At the same time, we may introduce value-added features and services that you may pay for separately from any specific service included in the Service. If you wish to obtain such value-added features and services, you shall pay us a separate purchase fee based on the price of such value-added features and services as announced by us at that time.
II Eligibility, rights and obligations of CleanDesktop member services
1. The Service is for your personal use only, and you shall not have the right to assign, sublicense, or sublicense any part or all of the Service to any party other than you in any manner at any time. If there is any conflict between this paragraph and other provisions of this Agreement, this paragraph shall prevail.
2. You confirm that you have the ability to be independently liable for all acts of your use of the Paid Membership Services. If you do not have this qualification, CleanDesktop shall have the right to recover from your guardian or other responsible parties when you are required to assume responsibility according to the law or this Agreement.
3. You should properly save the account number, password, and the account for all activities and behavior is responsible for, prohibit the gift, borrow, rent, transfer or sale of the account. You shall be responsible for the proper custody, use and maintenance of your account, account information and account password obtained from CleanDesktop. CleanDesktop shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused by the leakage of your account and password or improper storage, use or maintenance of your account and password for reasons other than CleanDesktop's own.
4. Members enjoy the value-added services of CleanDesktop members during the validity period of the payment, and will not be able to enjoy the value-added services of the members after the membership is canceled/terminated, i.e., they will no longer enjoy the member services.
5. Members enjoy the rights of CleanDesktop members on an equal footing, and shall abide by CleanDesktop's management programs, including but not limited to the CleanDesktop Member Service Agreement.
6. Once purchased and opened, members will not be allowed to cancel or terminate their membership in the middle of the validity period, or request a refund of membership fees.
7. If the CleanDesktop account from which you purchased the paid membership service is permanently banned for violating the CleanDesktop community rules, the paid membership benefits you purchased will immediately expire.
8. Members' use of CleanDesktop services, including free services and value-added services, shall comply with local laws and regulations.
III Our Warranties and Disclaimers
1. Statement on the behavior of third parties: If you use the service suffered losses due to the services and resources provided by a third party other than us, you can only recover compensation from the third party, we will assist as much as possible, but do not assume any responsibility.
2. CleanDesktop has made every effort to ensure the continuity and security of the Services to ensure the normal operation of the Services to the maximum extent possible under the current level of technology. However, due to force majeure, viruses, Trojan horses, hacker attacks, system instability, communication line failures, third-party service defects, governmental actions and other reasons that may lead to operation interruption, data loss and other losses and risks, which are unavoidable at the time of the industry's level of technology and beyond CleanDesktop's control, thus causing you service delays and delays, data or information losses, etc., you agree to waive the right to pursue CleanDesktop. You agree to waive CleanDesktop's liability for any delay or suspension of service, loss of data or information, or any other loss caused to you.
IV Legal Jurisdiction
1. The laws of the People's Republic of China shall apply to the conclusion, implementation and interpretation of this Agreement and the settlement of disputes.
2. If any dispute arises between the two parties regarding the content of this Agreement or its implementation, the two parties shall endeavor to resolve it through friendly consultation.
V About this Agreement
1. Even if you do not click to agree to this agreement, the following actions may be reasonably and legally considered by us to be your acceptance of all of the terms and conditions of this agreement and the CleanDesktop online service family of agreements:
1.1. clicking to log in to the Service;
1.2. actually using the Service;
1.3. actually use any of the products or services (if any) that we offer in conjunction with the Service;
1.4. actually use any products or services (if any) provided by third parties in conjunction with the Service.
2. The interpretation, validity and dispute resolution of these Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws of the mainland of the People's Republic of China. CleanDesktop's non-exercise, failure to exercise in a timely manner, or failure to fully exercise its rights under this Agreement or in accordance with the law shall not be deemed to be a waiver of such rights, and shall not affect CleanDesktop's ability to exercise such rights in the future.
3. The ownership and operation of CleanDesktop members, as well as the formulation of CleanDesktop's membership system and activities belong to CleanDesktop, and CleanDesktop has the right of interpretation within the scope of the law.
4. Once you use any of the services under this Agreement, you are deemed to have read and agreed to be bound by this Agreement and the above mentioned contents, CleanDesktop may, according to the different stages of the development of the software, for the purpose of maintaining the member services, continuously improve the terms and conditions of this Agreement, CleanDesktop has the right to unilaterally modify this Agreement or the above mentioned contents when necessary, and after the change of the relevant contents, if you continue to CleanDesktop reserves the right to unilaterally modify this Agreement or the above mentioned contents when necessary. If you do not accept the modified content, you should stop using the service.
